Alchemy takes the honours in the last of our shakedown races.
The start was delayedby 30 mins to allow the wind to fill in, which it did for most of the race. Seven yachts started including new members in their Hunter Horizon 23 'Coconut Creek'.

A good turnout on a fine day gave close racing with occasionally challenging conditions for short handed crews. Pura Vida looked ahead on the water but corrected times show a different picture with Seventh Heaven taking Race 2 and the fleet close together for both races. Nevertheless, Pura Vida held on to pip Seventh Heaven to this year's September Cup.
